Our Children’s Ministry is a place where young hearts are nurtured in the truth of God’s Word and the love of Jesus. From toddlers through 5th grade, children are taught Scripture in age-appropriate ways that build a strong biblical foundation and encourage a personal relationship with Christ. We believe children are not just the future of the church—they are an important part of the church today, and we desire to partner with families in helping children grow in faith by choice.

Wednesdays | 6:00pm – 8:00pm

WALLY & KATIE
Wally and Katie have been in children’s education for a combined 40
years. Wally started as an airplane mechanic in the Navy then moved to cars once he became a civilian again. However, a bad car accident left him needing to change careers. The Lord prompted him into education and he has used the gifts the Lord gave him to help kids with special needs since 1998. Katie went to school to become a doctor, however the Lord showed her His plans for her in education. She has been teaching in early childhood education since 2011.
Both Wally and Katie were born again later in their lives. They both
were searching for a home church when they met and started dating. After finding a home church together, they used their God given gifts to work with kids in their church. They have been working in the Children's Ministry since 2013.
They are blessed to be parents together to 4 kids. Ben is 21, Maggie
is 5, Liam “Bubba” is 2, and Emma is 5 months. They enjoy spending time outside swimming and hiking with their kids and 2 dogs.
